Need great "Group" page functionality

As social networks move from large "everything for everybody" networks (i.e. MySpace, etc)  to those focused on specific communities, the ability to stand out, get attention, and grow these vertical communities becomes a piority.

One way to grow our communities is to take it one step forward, offer small communties within our marketpalce the opportunity to post a website via a group on our networks.

Example, our site is a community of military veterans. Many of these belong to a number of small or geographically centered chapters, posts, etc. Each one has it's own events, photos, forum issues, etc, but not an easy way to post on the internet. If we give them a GROUP PAGE with the ability to have it function as their web site, they will invite their members, and collectively these small groups will grow the larger network (veteran) geometrically.

Another example, a group for Cat Lovers would allow small community based cat/animal groups to host their web presence via a great functioning GROUP PAGE. As the groups grow, so does the network!

They will value their small community, and be able to reach out to others in the larger network who share their expierences, point of views, etc.

So heres hoping finally someone (Socialgo, hear us!) will listen.

I totally agree and wish groups within the Networks could become independent from the Network itself and have their own foroum, videos, photos, etc... But... wouldn't it be a network withint a network??
